The WQA sent out a message confirming that the DHS considers all workers in the water treatment industry to be essential services and will not be required to shut down during shelter in place orders.

Reduced Holiday Hours and System Changes

We will not be shipping orders between 12/25 - 1/3 due to the holidays and an ERP system upgrade Purchase orders can be placed online, emailed, or faxed to 1-800-568-4301 to be processed January 4, 2021. During this unprecedented year, G.A. Murdock has continued to invest in upgrading its business operations and will be transitioning to a new ERP system on January 4, 2021. COVID-19 Update The COVID-19 virus is increasing in its global reach, and as it does, G.A. Murdock is proactively implementing measures to protect our employees and continue to provide uninterrupted service to our customers. We are following the guidelines from the CDC, we have taken the following preventative measures at our facility: We have an abundance of hand sanitizing stations, disinfecting sprays, and sanitizing wipes throughout the building. We have increased the frequency of disinfecting restrooms, workstations, and other high-volume touchpoints. We are reminding team members through multiple channels about frequent hand washing and social distancing.
