Reduced Holiday Hours and System Changes
We will not be shipping orders between 12/25 - 1/3 due to the holidays and an ERP system upgrade Purchase orders can be placed online, emailed, or faxed to 1-800-568-4301 to be processed January 4, 2021. During this unprecedented year, G.A. Murdock has continued to invest in upgrading its business operations and will be transitioning to a new ERP system on January 4, 2021. This new system will provide many benefits including: Scan to pick and pack for increased order accuracy Improved manufacturing visibility on our production floor A new web site coming later this year with several enhancements over the current web site A customer portal, allowing customers to download invoices, check balances and pay open invoices. Due to this upgrade, we will not be shipping any orders from South Dakota: December 25, 2020 - January 3, 2021 and Florida: December 22, 2020 - January 3, 2021, but our office staff will be available to answer calls if you wish to place an order or have any questions.
