Reduced Holiday Hours and System Changes

We will not be shipping orders between 12/25 - 1/3
due to the holidays and an ERP system upgrade

Purchase orders can be placed online, emailed, or faxed to 1-800-568-4301 to be processed January 4, 2021.


During this unprecedented year, G.A. Murdock has continued to invest in upgrading its business operations and will be transitioning to a new ERP system on January 4, 2021. This new system will provide many benefits including: 


  • Scan to pick and pack for increased order accuracy Improved manufacturing visibility on our production floor 

  • A new web site coming later this year with several enhancements over the current web site 

  • A customer portal, allowing customers to download invoices, check balances and pay open invoices. 


Due to this upgrade, we will not be shipping any orders from South Dakota: December 25, 2020 - January 3, 2021 and Florida: December 22, 2020 - January 3, 2021, but our office staff will be available to answer calls if you wish to place an order or have any questions. Other changes include: 


  • Credit Card numbers on file will not be updated to the new ERP system, so you will need to provide this information over the phone when placing your next order if paying by credit card. 

  • Invoices will now be emailed and will no longer be sent by fax if that is the way you have been receiving them. Please provide an email address to send the invoices to if we do not have one already. 

  • Real time inventory quantities will not be available online until we transition to our new web site. 


G.A. Murdock will continue to provide the quality products and timely service you've come to expect. We greatly appreciate your business this past year and look forward to 2021. Please feel free to contact anyone in our office with any questions, suggestions, or feedback.

View Statements and Pay Invoices Online Need a copy of an invoice or statement from G.A. Murdock?  No more emailing and waiting for a response back, you can view all of your order history, invoices and bills through our new website.  You can also pay part or all of your open balance with a credit card, if needed.   Larger multi-branch customers that pay on multiple separate accounts can also Contact Us to setup access to view all account invoices online, if needed. To view and pay invoices: After logging in , or from your Account Overview located under “Welcome (Your Company Name)" in the upper right. Go to Billing >  Invoices.  This will show your open invoices.   Put a checkmark on one or more invoices to pay and click the "Make a Payment" button. Here you can edit the amounts if needed, then click "Continue". Select or enter a credit card.  Do not mark the “Make Default” checkbox unless you want future orders to pay immediately with the credit card inst
